  24. The purpose of the "Klingon Role-Playing" conference (AreaTag: KLINGON_RPG)
  25. will allow for the Star Trek enthusiast to set-up his/her own Klingon role-
  26. playing, adding whatever aliens, vessels, empires, etc., they deem necessary.

  31. Due to the subject matter of this echo, "Handles and/or Aliases"  *IS*
  32. permissable.

  35. STICKING TO THE TOPIC(s):

  37. In general, a message will not be considered "Off-Topic" unless it contains
  38. one or more of the following:

  40. (1) Excessive use of terminology generally considered inappropriate for the
  41.     general audiences.

  43. (2) Personal attacks in the form of SPECIFIC threats.

  45. (3) Advertisement(s) for services, items for sale or trade, BBS systems or
  46.     organizations.

  68. is in the contents of Klingon Role-Playing.

  74. legitimate.

  80. conference, without regard to his/her status as Moderator. When he/she is
